Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager supports agency growth, agent development and overall business performance. Working closely with Agency Directors, team leaders and agents, the role provides coaching, performance monitoring and operational support to drive timely execution and sustainable expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to team leaders and agents, ensuring timely guidance and acting as a business successor to the Agency Director.
• Accelerate agency expansion by improving agent quality, recruitment, activation, retention and performance monitoring.
• Lead recruitment initiatives, monitor the pipeline, assist with candidate selection, onboarding and referral sales performance.
• Coordinate agency meetings, events and compliance processes while delivering back‑end operational support (e.g., IT, market surveys).
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly agent engagement activities, gather feedback and strengthen communication between Agency Directors and agents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales management, agency management, recruitment or business operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
