Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, and maintain InyaLand’s core IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for both internal operations and client services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Configure and maintain networking equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols.
• Implement network security controls, monitor threats, and respond to incidents.
• Monitor system health, diagnose complex issues, and perform capacity planning.
• Drive automation and optimization using infrastructure‑as‑code and cloud tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, document standards, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with vendors.

Required profile

• Strong background in infrastructure and system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with networking and network security.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
