Marketing Intern

About the role

Passion Design & Media is seeking a full‑time Marketing Intern to join its on‑site team in Yangon. This position offers hands‑on experience supporting the planning and execution of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns within a creative agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and launch of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and help prepare marketing content, presentations, and performance reports.
• Monitor campaign metrics, maintain accurate records, and support basic client communication and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with designers and senior marketers on branding projects and contribute ideas during team meetings.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a professional attitude.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively in an on‑site team.
