About the role

Passion Design & Media is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support the bridge between our Creative Team and clients. This position offers a hands‑on introduction to daily marketing activities, project coordination, and content creation in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
• Coordinate communication between the Creative Team and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain organized records of marketing projects and client interactions.
• Help monitor and respond to client inquiries and feedback.

Required profile

• Strong interest in marketing and social media.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.

Required skills

• Full‑time onsite role with a fixed schedule (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 6 days/week).
